- What happens after I order?
Part of what makes our workings so much more effective than so many others is because we work WITH you to complete your spell. Each ritual is broken into two parts: the part we do (the great ritual) and the part the client completes. The client's part is referred to as a positioning. Positionings are short (takes about 10-15 minutes). They require little or no resources (few candles, water, salt, personal material like a fingernail or strand of hair) and little or no skill with the craft. If you can light a candle, say a few simple incantations in English and think about what you want, you can perform your positioning with no trouble. You complete the positioning before we begin our part of the ritual. These simple positioning rituals are required as they help make you a REAL and tangible part of the process. Without a positioning, there is no sound connection between us that we can direct during the main ritual process. Though we haven't had a problem yet with a client skipping the positioning ritual, we know it is a possibility. Know when you order that the positioning is a BIG part of why we are so much more effective than most casters. We harness your essence and help you create a firm bond with the spirits who create real change in people's lives. YOUR PART IS SMALL, but we cannot be successful without it. If you are committed to success, this should not be too much to ask. We have no way to verify if clients follow our simple instructions for positioning themselves for the ritual we perform. However we strongly urge you not to skip it. It will make a big difference in your results.
- I ordered a spell. When will it be performed?
Your spell/ritual will be scheduled as soon as possible based on when it will be most advantageous to your success. We will contact you after we have completed the calculations necessary to settling on a specific date. A detailed explanation of your needs is important to calculating the date of your ritual. For this reason we send all clients a brief list of questions that help us tailor the working to their individual needs. On the same day as your scheduled ritual, we require that you perform a very brief positioning ritual to infuse your energy into the spell. It typically only takes between 10-15 minutes, but the process allows you to choose anytime during that day from sunrise to midnight (when we begin our part) to complete the simple tasks of your positioning. If the date we set is not convenient for you, we may be able to reschedule, but keep in mind that many factors from moon phase, astrology, your birth date and others must be calculated together to determine the best time for success. This makes rescheduling difficult, though never impossible. As always, just let us know if you need a date rescheduled. Few clients have problems completing the positioning on the proper date as it takes so little time, but if you simply cannot set the time aside, we may be able to move your date to a more convenient time as long as we know beforehand.
- Will you harm my enemies or another person for me?
I'm sorry, we do not work those types of spells.
- Are animals harmed, sacrificed or killed during your rituals?
NO. No self-respecting witch would ever harm an animal. That's a sacrilege. The same goes for harming children (or any person for that matter) to generate ritual energy. A witch who spills another's blood for power is weak and powerless. We're neither.
- Will doing witchcraft with you hurt my karma or send me to hell?
"Hell" is not a part of our system of beliefs. Even if it is a part of yours, no, you will not go to hell for participating in a spell performed on your behalf. We do not do malicious spells and all our goals are positive. As long as yours are as well, you should suffer no spiritual consequences from participating in ritual work. As for karma, you again must ask yourself why you want a particular spell performed. If it is for love, are your motives pure? Do you really think you can make the other person happy? If so, then your karma is safe. If you want to take advantage of or harm other people with magick, then you may have a problem. That is between you and your own conscience.
- Will you send me a copy of part or all of your book of shadows? Will you send me specific spells?
No. Our archives have been in our family since long before we were born. We don't email it to people just because they ask.
- Do you take credit cards?
Securely, yes! And we never see your credit information. Paypal processes your payment for us...and you DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card on Paypal. Direct merchant processing allows you to pay safely without a Paypal account. Just choose the "pay with a credit/debit card" option when prompted to on their secure payment page.
- Do you accept cash through the mail?
No, I'm sorry we do not. Cash is too easily lost in the mail. You must have a credit card, debit card OR a Paypal account to order.
- Do you accept Western Union?
No. I'm sorry, we do not. Too many people get taken advantage of with Western Union. Paypal is a safer option for our clients because they have better safeguards against fraud.
- Do you accept Paypal?
Yes. Securely and you do not need to have an account. You can pay directly with your credit card.
- Will anyone die as a result of my spell?
NO. Unlike some beginners, our rituals are all designed with certain general safeguards (called the Death Clause) to ensure that no one is harmed as a result of the working. This may sound strange to some, but it is an important part of our unique process.In the trade, the Death Clause is also known as the Reaper's Circle. This term refers to a clause we include in all our workings that ensures Nature does not choose methods of ritual success that lead to the death of someone else even if that is Nature's path of least resistance to success. Ritual energy is like water flowing down over a hillside. Nature utilizes forces similar to gravity to achieve effects. It seeks the path of least resistance to get from point "A" to point "B". If the path of least resistance to make you rich is killing a loved family member for the insurance, then certainly you want Nature to choose a different path to your goal. This is where the Death Clause comes in. If Nature comes to a pathway that leads to your ritual goal's success but must cause major destruction on the way, that pathway is blocked off. Nature must either choose another path OR ground the energy if absolutely no other path exists. The necessity of the Death Clause is rare as there are usually countless (harmless) pathways in Nature for creating change. However our clients expect us to be sure that the one in a million that comes along is accounted for. Our clients trust us to make such safeguards a definite part of ALL our rituals. In our workings, we block off those pathways Nature might blindly use to achieve success if they may lead to profound destruction in either the client's life OR anyone else's.
- I am desperate for results. Will you forgo your Death Clause safeguards so that nothing will prevent me from achieving my goals?
This safeguard is sadly missing from the ritual work of too many casters, especially beginners. Those who neglect this essential safeguard either don't really believe in their own work enough to worry that their rituals could work or they just don't care. This is one reason why results with a qualified caster cannot be guaranteed. If you will suffer in every other area of your life in order to have success with one ritual, you need someone competent to prevent that. We know that our clients ultimately want happiness not to be tricked into a result that leads to tragedy. On the other hand, if you want to be rich so bad you're willing to allow someone you love to die, you need to go to some other caster.Witchcraft is not a game. So, the short answer is "no". Only a "fake practitioner" would forgo safeguards and risk the family and friends of his or her clients. In our experience, witches only ignore safety when they don't really expect success. We have been doing this too long to know that magick DOES work. People can be hurt if simple safeguards are not followed...which is why we include them in each and every ritual. No harm needs to come from your happiness. We make sure it doesn't have to.
- Are your spells guaranteed?
Just as the very best doctor in the world cannot guarantee you perfect health when she treats you, we will be honest with you because we are committed to helping you achieve your goals. That's what real practitioners do. No honest caster will guarantee that his or her spells will work 100% of the time. It's true we have better results than most practitioners. After 40 years, we should know what we're doing. That being said, we won't forgo safeguards that ensure the safety of our clients should Nature choose a destructive path (i.e. to cause the death of someone) to help our rituals achieve success. Death and destruction in exchange for success is not an option in our rituals.What we DO guarantee is that if your goal CAN be achieved through magick, we can help you succeed. Our decades of experience and sincere caring for our clients have given us a strong track record of success. Don't settle for beginners or con artists that promise miracles when you can have the real thing. Remember, magick is a powerful force for change and preventing change. We won't waste your time with hollow promises when we can give you the results you need.
- I want to make a celebrity fall in love with me! Will you do the spell?
Celebrities and love...fascinating topic. The answer is no. We don't do celebrities for a number of reasons. Celebrities, the extremely wealthy and anyone who is aware that they are pursued by large groups of strangers are guarded against the power of a love spell. In fact each and every one of us have an innate power against love spells--that we know about. This is why we encourage our clients to keep their intentions a secret from the target of their affections. When we know that we've been hit by Cupid's Arrow, we can pull it out. It's the "not knowing" that binds us.Celebrities constantly (and unconsciously) take mental inventory and analyze their desires. Even those who seem completely out of control remain on their guard against people who want a piece of them. Thus they are poor candidates for Love Spell magick.
Even if you work around or for a celebrity, your chances of success with a love spell aimed at them are reduced because the person you want to bind almost expects the spell and shields him or herself without realizing it. Entirely too much energy is involved in such an undertaking and in order to be successful we would need to forgo our usual Death Clause safeguards to even hope for success.

- Will you perform a love spell to make someone change their sexual orientation (whether they are straight or gay) for me?
The answer is NO. We have not had this question often, but it has come up from time to time and we need to address it clearly so our clients understand before placing an order. If you are a woman in love with a homosexual man (or if you're a man in love with a lesbian) we will NOT help you make them change their normal sexual preferences to be with you. People are who they are. If you have love or strong affection for someone who can never love you back, please re-evaluate your relationship with them. Try to love them in a platonic way. I'm not saying it is easy to make this sacrifice, but if you love someone you should be able to find a way. Know that trying to change them would be futile at best and at worst it could harm them greatly. We don't do harmful ritual workings.Likewise if you are a gay man or woman and you want us to help you to make a straight person gay or bisexual to become attracted to you--when you KNOW they have no interest in members of the same sex--we cannot help you.
Making someone change their natural sexual preferences is very dark magick. It requires invocation of spirits we do not associate with.
Just imagine how you would feel if someone asked you to change your sexual preferences against your will. You would not like it, and we cannot participate in such practices.
We have been happily performing love spells for our heterosexual and homosexual clients and their loves for decades with great success. We enjoy working with anyone who wants to find love, but we do not make people change who they are at their core. If you know (not just suspect!) the person you are interested in has a romantic interest in your gender, we want to help you. We understand how difficult it can be to let someone you love go for any reason. However we ask that you do not make requests that can cause harm to your loved ones.

Yes. As with all our workings we do not make hollow promises. There are no guarantees, but our process is usually far more effective than other casters because we work WITH you instead of gathering a few pieces of information and telling you the spell is complete. Your energy goes into our spells and makes them far more powerful than they ever could have been on their own. Please be sure to let us know the circumstances of your work with another caster when ordering so that we can make any adjustments necessary at the time of the ritual.
- Do clients have to be a certain age before placing an order?
You must be 18 years old and legally competent to place an order for a ritual working. All our workings require accurate birth information to be effective. We cannot proceed with your working without this information from you. That is, our rituals will not work if we don't have the right birthdate for you so lying is not an option if you hope for your working to succeed. Age restrictions are not negotiable. We will not make exceptions for any person under the age of 18. Children and adolescents simply cannot order. Please, please do NOT contact us if you are not at least 18 years old and legally competent. We wish you well but will not be able to answer you.
- Will you do a love spell if either person is under the age of 18?
No.If I haven't been clear, I'll say it again...NO!
After decades of working with countless couples, this is the first time I've ever had to answer this question so I'm not happy about it. If not for the first client ever to request such a thing, I would never have thought to include this issue in a frequent questions section, but I definitely don't want to hear it again. So let me stress that you should NOT contact us at all if YOU are under 18 or the person you love is under 18 years of age. Our workings can NOT succeed if we don't have accurate birth dates so lying is not an option either. Love spells with children (even 16 or 17 years old) are NOT acceptable, so please do NOT ask. We don't care how much you love the child or how "good" you are for them. No rationalization you provide will change our minds, so save your keystrokes. There are laws against child abuse for a reason, so don't contact us about this.
